Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Contact us to request a return authorization. Once approved, ship the item back to us by mail. A prepaid return label is included at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. No restocking fee applies.

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, shade, or product of equal value, subject to availability.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
